  For three years Jae Harold is a valuable member of the Client Relations Department here at Florida Insurance Specialists and lives in Apopka, Florida with his 4 year old daughter Alessandra. Jae graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology in 2004. He began his professional career in home and property insurance underwriting for Vanguard Fire and Casualty, a company that was forged from a need to supply residents of the state of Florida with home insurance coverage after hurricane Andrew devastated South Florida in 1992. He gained valuable insight to the world of insurance while advancing from an underwriting assistant to senior underwriter and endorsement specialists. In 2007, Vanguard was placed into receivership and Jae made the move from the insurance carrier to the insurance agency sector of the industry. He gained his state license as a certified professional service representative and began working for Florida Insurance Specialists, one of the largest personal lines independent agencies in Central Florida. As an advisor in the Client Relations Department Jae has adapted well to the ever-changing home sales market as he continuously strives to meet company sales objectives. After completing his Professional Masters of Science in Management, Jae hopes to become an integral part of the Client Relations Management Team

  For three years Sherry Horner is a valuable member of the Client Relations Department here at Florida Insurance Specialists and lives in Orlando, Florida. Sherry began her professional career in Sales Customer Service and from there she worked her way up to Management. Sherry came to Florida Insurance Specialist in September of 2006 to run the Accounts Receivable Department. As an advisor, Sherry has adapted well to the ever-changing insurance market as she continuously strives to meet company needs.

  Numi Rivera has been a member of the Client Relations Department for the past year. She was born in Tacoma, WA but has spent most of her life here in central FL. She has over 10 years experience in customer service and 7 years experience with Property and Casualty insurance. She began her career at a Nationwide Agency in 2002. Numi eventually ended up working for Rodgers Insruance Group, who sold there business to Florida Insurance Speciailists.
